3. We book by appointment only.
4. Please arrive 10 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment time to check-in and complete a Health Questionnaire before beginning your wrap. Clients who arrive 15 minutes late or more may be asked to reschedule.
5. Cancellation Policy: Because we are scheduled By Appointment Only and your Wrap Solution is mixed specially for you, we respectfully ask for no less than 48 hours advance notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment time. There is a $30 non-refundable deposit for each wrap to hold your spot. This will be applied to your Body Wrap session.
6. For safety reasons, please leave your children at home. There is no child care facility on site.
7. Multiple services not canceled 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. 50% of your multiple services may be charged to your credit card to reserve the appointment time. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. Body Back Health Center policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.
